Mike Tyson: ‘I am broke’

Los Angeles, May 9 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Boxer Mike Tyson has confessed that now he is totally broke, because of his flamboyant lifestyle when he was at the peak of his career. He appeared on the show ‘The View’ and said that he is having a hard time these days, as he is totally broke. And he also candidly confesses that these days he struggles to make ends meet and is living an existence that is based on his paycheck to paycheck. Despite all these financial issues, he confessed that he is happy living with his third wife Lakiha Spicer and their 16 month old daughter Milan.
Tyson said very honestly on the show that, “I’m totally destitute and broke. But I have an awesome life, I have an awesome wife who cares about me. I’m totally broke. I had a lot of fun. [Going broke] just happened. I’m very grateful. I don’t deserve to have the wife that I have; I don’t deserve the kids that I have, but I do, and I’m very grateful.”
Mike Tyson has fathered five children from numerous relationships. Another reason for his excessive spending during his hey days, was that he had a very wild lifestyle, and he was dependant on alcohol and drugs.
