Oct 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Philadelphia Eagles, had to go through a severe defeat, as their quarter back player, Michael Vick was down by an unfortunate injury in the middle of the game. The game against the Washington Redskins, turned out to be a complete surprise, as Michael Vick’s injury led to their victory.

The Sunday match became the hot topic for the NFL fans, when Michael Vick, due to his rib injury, was called off from the game and was replaced by Kevin Kolb in the first quarter of the match. The player told his other teammates about the pain that he was experiencing, much before the game started. However, the Eagles quarterback, decided to give it a shot and take a risk. Despite being asked by a few of his teammates, he refused to reveal the intensity of his injury and ignored it, until it became absolutely unbearable in the fields. Michael Vick is still not sure why he had that pain and planning to undergo an MRI test soon, so that it can be diagnosed. Until then, he will be abstained from the rest of the matches, especially the upcoming one, against the San Francisco 49ers. The Sunday match also injured two other players of the Philadelphia Eagles. Asante Samuel and Riley Cooper were also injured in the match, however, it was not that severe.

The Sunday match ended in a 17-12 loss of the Eagles against the Redskins. Micheal Vick, made it quite clear that without him, the team actually struggles to make a good score. It was all more evident, when the spectators witnessed that Kevin Kolb, as a replaced quarter back, could not to much good to the team.
