Washington, Nov 23 (ANI): American swimmer Michael Phelps has landed himself in trouble again - he faces a 23,289-dollar unpaid tax bill.
According to TMZ.com, the 24-year-old Olympic gold medallist has to pay the amount to the State of California for tax returns from 2005 and 2006, reports Contactmusic.
It looks like Phelps is going through a rough phase.
In February this year, a snap showing him smoking a marijuana pipe was leaked to the British press and then in August he was fined for carrying an invalid driving license after a car crash. (ANI)
