Mexico Wins Over North Korea With 2-1 Goals

mexicoMexico City, Mexico, March 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) In the Mexico verses North Korea International friendly soccer match that was held in Mexico on Wednesday night, team Mexico defeated the North Korean team by 2-1 goals. The game was filled with excitement as both the teams worked hard to win the match. The match was held at the Estadio Azteca stadium of Mexico City.

While the stadium crowd cheered the Mexican team, it seemed that North Korean team too had supporters in midst of the crowd. From the very beginning the two teams took the pace and tried to score goals. However, it was at the 51st minute into the game that Mexico got the lead. Cuauhtemoc Blanco did not let the free kick go in waste and delivered a perfect goal from a 20-meter free kick. This provided team Mexico with a 1-0 lead over the North Korean team. However, with the unequal score, the game became all the more exciting as the North Korean team got aggressive to score a goal. At the 57th minute, Choe Kum Chol equaled the score of both the teams with his brilliant goal. The game went in the favor of the Mexico team towards the end of the game when at the 69th minute Javier Hernandez added another goal to his team’s score.

The Mexican team on Wednesday brought on to the field some young players to test them before their inclusion in the final World Cup team. Both North Korean and Mexican team are lined up to play in the World Cup which is scheduled to be held this June in South Africa.
