Mehtab best young fottballer, Betto best foreign player
September 27th, 2011 - 12:55 am ICT by IANSKolkata, Sept 26 (IANS) Medio Mehtab Hossain was Monday adjudged best Indian player while goalkeeper Subroto Paul was given the Asian Cup’s Fans Player award at a glittering function here Monday.
Brazilian Betto got the best foreign player award in the third edition of the Indian Football Awards organised by the Football Players Association of India (FPAI) here.
Karim Bencharifa was adjudged best coach while Jeje Lalpeklua got the award as the best young player.
Former Indian captain Bhaichung Bhutia, who quit international soccer sometime back, was also presented a memento.
