London, Oct 2(ANI): A ghostly image of American tennis legend John McEnroe’s face had appeared in a cirrus-type cloud formation in Bristol, England.

According to the Daily Express, the image was photographed at sunset by a rambler on Clifton Downs.

The spooky image even had a headband, similar to the famous sportsman.

During his career, McEnroe won seven Grand Slam singles titles (three at Wimbledon and four at the US Open), nine Grand Slam men’s doubles titles, and one Grand Slam mixed doubles title.

He is best remembered for his shot-making artistry and superb volleying, as well as for his famous rivalries with Bjorn Borg, Jimmy Connors and Ivan Lendl.

He was also famous for his confrontational on-court behavior, which frequently landed him in trouble with umpires and tennis authorities. (ANI)
