ranDec 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) University of Maryland officials have reportedly told Ralph Friedgen, the head coach of its football team that he would not have to return for the next season to complete the final year of his term. A source close to the team Maryland Terrapins has, reportedly, told that if Ralph Friedgen refuses to step down from his post then the team would have to buy out the final year of his contract by paying him $2 million. However, Ralph Friedgen refused to comment anything about the matter.

The Athletic Director of the team, Kevin Anderson told that he expects that the team officials would come to a conclusion about this matter next week and nothing has been decided yet.
