mark2Jan 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The NFC’S Championship game on 24th January was remarkable for New Orleans Saints as they came out victorious, beating Minnesota Vikings. How can we forget Mark Allen Brunell who played a major role in helping Garret Hartley score the 40 yard field goal. The goal was scored in the overtime and it proved to be crucial, taking New Orleans Saints to the Super Bowl for the first time.

Reportedly, Mark Allen Brunell was instrumental in fulfilling the dreams of Saints and its fans by getting them to the Super Bowl XLIV. Mark Allen Brunell is one of the best players of the team. The player is a quarterback for the New Orleans Saints and made a lot of contribution to his team. He was selected thrice in the year 1997, 1998 and 2000 for Pro Bowl with Jacksonville Jaguars. He even played for Green Bay Packers from the year 1993 to 1994. He played with Jacksonville Jaguars from 1995-2003, with Washington Redskin from 2004-2007 and he is playing for New Orleans Saints from 2008, till now. The team has reasons enough to be proud of Mark Allen Brunell.

Mark Allen Brunell was jointly responsible for the victory of New Orleans Saints over the Minnesota Vikings. Without his contribution it would have been difficult for New Orleans Saints to win. The Saints will surely cherish reaching Super Bowl for the first time. The victory of Saints disappointed the Minnesota Vikings fans. According to reports, Brett Favre’s elder daughter was present in the stadium to support her father’s team. The loss must have been painful for this young lady as well.
