Man City to clock 11 million pound loss in Adebayor sale to Real Madrid
February 10th, 2011 - 5:51 pm ICT by ANILondon, Feb 10(ANI): Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho will reportedly sign striker Emmanuel Adebayor for 13.6 million pounds at the end of the season.
According to the Sun, Manchester City has agreed to take a loss of over 11 million pounds on the struggling striker, whom they had bought in 2009 for 25 million pounds.
Mourinho desperately needs a striker as Argentinian star Gonzalo Higuain has been ruled out for four months with a back injury.
The 26-year-old, who started just two games for City this season, is currently with Real Madrid on loan. (ANI)
