New York, July 16 (ANI): Madonna is loving all the attention she’’s been getting after reports started circulating that she is having an affair with Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez, pals of the pop superstar have said.

The 49-year-old Material Girl hitmaker was even planning to fuel even more rumors by cheering A-Rod on All-Star game at Yankee Stadium.

“She, [manager] Guy Oseary and some friends have tickets and are planning on going,” New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

“She doesn”t care about the press it will get - she loves it. It just gets her more publicity for her upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour, the source, as saying.

Madonna and her movie-making husband Guy Ritchie have lately been putting on a show of unity amidst rumors of a marriage break-up, and have been acting like a strong couple since news broke that not only was A-Rod’’s wife, Cynthia, divorcing him, but that she claims he”d had an “affair of the heart” with the singer.

Madonna, who has been actively trying to get A-Rod into Kabbalah, denies any affairs with the slugger.

“Cynthia’’s claims don”t bother Guy,” said a pal of the couple.

“He and Madonna have an unconventional marriage and are fine with it. He is obsessed with his work and so is she. They are not planning on divorcing, the pal added. (ANI)
