LSU tops the BCS rankings

Los Angeles, Nov 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The complexity of the BCS rankings saw the Stanford Cardinal moving to the fourth position when they figured a win was taking them to No. 5. The team moved from the sixth to the fourth position of the rankings when they beat the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 28-14 last Saturday.

With the loss of Arkansas, Stanford got the advantage and moved up to the 4th position. LSU, after beating the Arkansas maintains the first position. The second place was also not changed as Alabama maintained it hold on the position. The biggest mover in the top ten list was Arkansas who moved from the third position to the eighth position.

Oklahoma State moved to the third position while Stanford’s performance on Saturday saw them at the fourth position. Virginia Tech ends the top five list with Houston occupying the sixth position. Boise State is seventh while Arkansas as mentioned earlier moves to the eighth position from the third position.

Oregon is at the ninth position with Oklahoma completing top ten list.
