Loss to Lazio will do us good: Allegri

Rome, Feb 2 (IANS) AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri looked at the positives after his side lost to Lazio 0-2, saying “the terrible game can do us good” in the remaining Italian Serie A season.
The Rossoneri could have gone top Wednesday after Juventus’ match with Parma was snowed off Tuesday night, however this loss keeps them a point behind the leaders.
“We played a terrible game against a team that did not allow us much, but this is not giving the all-clear to Juventus,” Allegri was quoted as saying by Xinhua.
“The campaign is still long and there will be time to discuss these things. I believe the defeat can do us good and help us to grow.
“Lately, despite winning, we haven’t had the same grit that we need to win the Scudetto. This is why I believe the defeat can be healthy,” he said.
