090609_george_spady1-1 Everett, Jan 31 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Little League coach George Spady Jr. has been found guilty of burglary. The Arlington Little League coach was sentenced to a fortnight in jail, for the crime. And the saddest part is that, he even took the help of small children in his crime. However his lawyer Keith Hall denies that the children were involved in the burglary. At the court hearing, George tried to shrug off the allegations, and said that he went to that shop with no such plans.

The police officers revealed that George went to a vacant shop accompanied with his son, nephew and another little boy, and instructed them to fetch some items. He apparently stole some light fixtures and other items. Later one of the kids blurted out everything to his father, who wasn’t amused at all. He was absolutely agitated, and couldn’t believe that a coach could do such a thing. He then informed the authorities about the whole episode. It also came to light, that the coach asked the boy to crawl through a vent, and thus reach the inside of the shop, and then subsequently unlock the door.

Besides a fortnight in jail, the 31-year-old George also has to serve at least 5 days in community service. His jail term would begin from the 2nd of February.
