Yesterday’s Strikeforce match, between Nick Diaz and K.J.Noons, went in favor of the former. It was not much hard for Nick Diaz to knock down challenger K.J.Noons, after a string of back to back punches on his head. For the last three years the two boxers have been breeding bad blood in between themselves. In 2007, K.J.Noons, defeated Nick Diaz in his own game, by severely injuring his right eyes. However, yesterday, the ball was in Nick Diaz’s court, who got a score of 23-7-1, while K.J.Noons was defeated with a score of 9-2, left with several punches on his head.
A leading ground fighters at his weight, Nick Diaz was last defeated by K.J.Noons in 2007. Since then, he has won all the seven important games that he played. On the other hand K.J.Noons, has also been an outstanding performer as a boxer for the last three years, after he defeated Nick Diaz. The two fighters started with a cold relation when Nick Diaz bad mouthed K.J.Noons and disrespected his family in 2007, at an event in Hawaii, in which both the boxers had a separate win. Nick Diaz also reportedly used vulgar languages and obscene gestures for the other one.
Fans of K.J.Noons believed that this game should have been in his favor, as it was his chance to take revenge from Nick Diaz, but the match ended to their disappointment. The game was almost neck to neck in the first half, when K.J.Noons once again hit on his opponent’s eyes to make it bleed again. But, despite the promising start, he got tired by the third round, and lost the match.
