Kiwi pacer O’Brien cleared for Wellington test
December 1st, 2009 - 12:35 pm ICT by ANIWellington, Dec.1 (ANI): Black Caps fast bowler Iain O’Brien has been cleared to play in the second cricket test against Pakistan in Wellington from Thursday.
According to the New Zealand Press Association, he had been in doubt after dislocating his middle finger during the first Test in Dunedin.
New Zealand Cricket said he saw a specialist in Wellington yesterday and x-rays confirmed there was no fracture. (ANI)
