Dec. 11, (THAINDIAN NEWS) There is a reason for celebration in the Indianapolis Colts team. Kendra Wilkinson, wife of Hank Baskett, has given birth to a baby boy. She went into labor on Wednesday. The baby, who weighs 9lbs and 50 oz, and measures 22 inches, has been named after his father. At present, there are no complications, and both mother and child are keeping excellent health, as per the reports of an insider source. Hugh Hefner, former boyfriend of Kendra Wilkinson, has sent his best wishes to the lucky family and the new arrival.

The couple had got married in July of this year, in a lavish wedding held at the Playboy Mansion in Holmby Hills of Los Angeles. They had got married a month after it was confirmed that Kendra Wilkinson was expecting the child. Though the couple are obviously very happy with this development in their married life, Kendra Wilkinson had mentioned earlier that the pregnancy was not exactly planned by either of them. However, she stresses, they had both often hinted at each other that it would be nice to have a baby soon enough.

The good news was first broken by Playboy model Bridgette Marquardt on a Twitter post. Kendra Wilkinson asserts that none of them were exactly trying for the baby, but they left it to chance. The former Playboy model had earlier declared that she was not due to deliver before Christmas. Hugh Hefner commented, even before hearing the good news, that he felt sure that Kendra Wilkinson would surely be a great mother, having the right attitude and personality of one.
