Keith Jardine Defeated By Matt Hamill

ufc-2Las Vegas, June 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Ultimate Fighter Finale game between Matt Hamill and Keith Jardine turned out to one of the most exciting games on Saturday night. The game that went in favor of Matt Hamill at the end after the unanimous decision was declared in favor of the fighter.

The win led the overall score of Matt Hamill from 8-2 to 10-2. The game was one of the most dramatic games that has ever been played in The Ultimate Fighter as not only the game was stopped twice for doctors to check the condition of the players but in the middle of the second round the referee Herb Dean cut a point from the score of Keith Jardine who landed a thumb on the eye of his opponent.

As for the three rounds of the light heavyweight bout, in the first round it was Keith Jardine who came up with some brilliant jabs and kicks. He was able to keep Matt Hamill at bay and also aborted attempts takedown attempts of his opponent. Keith Jardine showed a good combination of punches and kicks. The first round went in favor of Keith Jardine. On the second round Matt Hamill seemed in a mood to fight back and was able to deliver a flurry of jabs while Keith Jardine delivered some leg kicks.

However, the turning point of the game came in the middle of the second round when as the referee was collecting the mouthpiece of Keith Jardine the latter thumbed the eye of Matt Hamill who needed immediate medical attention. As the game resumed Keith Jardine had to do away with a point from his score due to the foul. In the third round Keith Jardine suffered a take down from Matt Hamill and also many uppercuts. At the end while two judges gave their decision in favor of Matt Hamill the third provided a draw making Matt Hamill the winner.
