Juhi Chawla invites Mamata to watch KKR match

Kolkata, March 15 (IANS) Bollywood actress and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner Juhi Chawla Monday met Railways Minister Mamata Banerjee at her south Kolkata residence and invited her to watch Indian Premier League matches at the Eden Gardens stadium.
According to Trinamool Congress office sources, Chawla came to Banerjee’s Kalighat residence and had a meeting with the party supremo for almost 20 minutes.
“It was a courtesy meeting between Banerjee and Chawla,” sources at the Trinamool Congress office said, adding the party leader gifted Chawla a stole and welcomed her to the city.
“Chawla also invited Banerjee to watch KKR matches at the Eden Gardens,” a Trinamool worker said.
