Jon Jones Defeats Ryan Bader At UFC 126

Jon JonesFeb 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jon Jones probably had the best day of his life after he bagged the UFC 126 fight defeating Ryan Bader at the Las Vegas based Mandalay Bay Events Center. The victory was quite unexpected before the match started but once the two entered the cage, 23-year-old Jon Jones dominated the match all throughout.

According to sources, he gracefully humiliated the professional record of his opponent by negating all his take down attempts. All throughout the match, he was the one to be have had the upper-hand. He landed a chock upon Ryan Bader which enabled him to win the match. Although Ryan Bader made several attempts to bring the match in his favor, he could not succeed. After the match, the winner said that he feels on top of the world right now. He was all more excited because right after the match, the UFC confirmed his next confrontation with veteran Mauricio (Shogun) Rua. The competent UFC newbie will be a replacement for the injured Rashad Evans in his next match as Rashad Evans had to be pulled out because of his knee injury. Jon Jones’ next match, for the title, is no less than confronting a fire but the zealous wrestler is hopeful that he would win. He said that he has trained himself extremely hard for this and the next match would just in motivating himself all the more. He feels that as a fighter, he should have the guts and spirit to fight everybody and therefore, he is not scared.

Later on, Jon Jones said that it is the strength of his faith that led to his victory. Although he felt bad because Ryan Bader injured himself, he said that as a fighter, he enjoyed superseding him in the cage.
