Kentucky, May 19, (THAINDIAN NEWS) John Wall was the number one pick in the NBA drafts, and the Washington Wizards won a lottery in the NBA drafts that won them the chance to pick the number one draft pick for themselves. This more or less seals his fate, ans brings to an end all the anticipation that he has been suffering from this entire season, about which team he would be playing for the next season. However, once that he has been announced to be the number one draft pick of the NBA, hos choices has more or less narrowed down. In fact, initially, they have narrowed down a lot, being presently confined to only two teams, the New Jersey Nets and the Washington Wizards.
However, the freshman guard from the University of Kentucky did express his choices, saying that he had a feeling that said that he would be taken up by the New Jersey Nets, although he did not elaborate on what made him feel that way. However, things changed when the New Jersey Nets lost the lottery to the Washington Wizards, who got allotted the first draft pick. The New Jersey Nets, on the other hand, got the third draft pick.
One it became clear that the Washington Wizards had got the top pick in the NBA draft, John Wall seemed elated about it. It was pretty obvious that he as well as his agent, Dan Fegan, were elated at being picked by the Washington Wizards. On the other hand, it also seemed as though they did not wish to offend either the Nets or the Sixers, for there seemed to be a remote possibility that the Wizards might change their mind.
