John Terry loses England captaincy after alleged affair
February 5th, 2010 - 11:33 pm ICT by BNO NewsLONDON (BNO NEWS) — The Football Association on Friday decided to strip John Terry of the England captaincy after media reports over an alleged affair with French model Vanessa Perroncel, it said in a statement.
“After much thought, I have made the decision that it will be best for me to take the captaincy away from John Terry,” England Manager Fabio Capello said in a brief statement.
