JK Tyre Junior Cup: Mohit Aryan makes clean sweep
April 16th, 2011 - 11:17 pm ICT by IANSChennai, April 16 (IANS) Mohit M. Aryan of Wallace Sports achieved a clean sweep of the three races in the first round of the sixth J.K. Tyre Junior Cup formula racing series here Saturday.
The 20-year old from Chennai, returning to the series after a three-season break, survived a close challenge to win handily.
Reflecting on his hat-trick of wins, Mohit said: “I am really delighted with my start to the season. The competition was tough amongst the top four at all times and I somehow managed to keep them at bay.
“This is a tremendous boost to my confidence and now I am eagerly looking forward to do my best in the next three rounds.”
