Honolulu, Jan 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik has recently added that he does not want to make any comments about the Tiger Woods scandal in a bid to avoid saying anything that he might regret in future. The latest remarks by the much acclaimed golfer comes as a surprise as Jesper Parnevik was known to have expressed his condemnation for the World No. 1 golfer to have been involved in multiple extramarital affairs.

At the same time, Jesper Parnevik had a special role to play in champion golfer’s marriage to Elin Nordegrin as he was the one who had introduced the former Swedish model to Tiger Woods. Elin Nordegrin once worked as a nanny for the family of the Swedish golfer, who has expressed that he felt a personal responsibility for the manner in which the entire Tiger Woods scandal had unfolded, which crumbled his marriage to the former Swedish model.

While revealing his views about the controversy prior to the Sony Open tournament, Jesper Parnevik has emphasized that he has tried to distance himself from the scandal and added that he does not want to divulge any details that he might regret later. Moreover, the Swedish golfer also refused to comment when asked about his opinion about whether the World No. 1 golfer would be able to save his marriage, although it is known that Tiger Woods’ wife is seeking divorce from him.

After the reports surfaced claiming that Tiger woods was involved in series of extramarital affairs, Jesper Parnevik had stated to a newspaper that he had lost respect for the American golfer and also regretted the fact that he was instrumental in introducing the couple.
