Anaheim, July 13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Anaheim’s Angel Stadium held the All Star Legends And Celebrity Game where American Softball Olympians hammered each and every ball much to the delight of the spectators. Reportedly, the darlings in the game were Natasha Watley and Jennie Finch who hit homers for their team giving them the lead in the game.

California born Jennie Finch came out real strong with her hits which included a home-run dead center. On the other hand there was 5″10 Natasha Watley who depicted smart athletics by pulling in couples at the third base. “Mad Men” star John Hamm along with “Desperate Housewives” actor James Denton were accompanied by comedian Andy Richter and Jennie Finch who formed the veterans group in the match. Apart from them the other celebrities were supermodel Marissa Miller and “The Green Mile” actor Michael Clarke Duncan. Celebrity chef Guy Fieri had a hard time on the ground as Mike Piazza delivered his cuts right over the chef’s shoulders. When asked about it he said that he loves the game and this is a chance to meet all “greats” and that it gives him immense pleasure to be present at the stadium.

Jennie Finch’s homer came three run short of the third inning which gave the necessary lead of 6-5 to her team. It was also the first home run hit by a woman in the event. Singer and lyricist David Nail contributed with a single homer for National Leaguers which was followed by Mike Piazza who snatched three runs with two-out homers right at the end of the last inning.
