Jacory Harris Steers Hurricanes To Victory

Miami Florida St FootballInjury seemed to be a minute factor for Jacory Harris, who put up a brilliant performance on Monday time, steering Hurricane to the coarse of victory as they sneaked past the Florida State.

Ailing arm or not, Jacory did made a point on Monday night’s football match which the people of Miami won’t forget for some time.

According to the sources, the sophomore quarter back reportedly threw for 386 yards which included an enthralling 40 yard pass over double coverage to Travis Benjamin, the setting up a 3 yard touch down for Graig Cooper with a mere 1.53 seconds left in the match. In the end, the Hurricanes sneaked passed the Florida State by 38-34 in a match that swayed from time to time.

The football aficionados were glued to their seat till the final seconds of the match until Jacory ensured that his team emerged as the victor. The ups and downs in the match was evident through out, with both the teams trying to tackle each other in some way or the other, but it was Hurricane’s defense which came up strong during the final moments of the match, which later on proved to be the turning point of the game.

Harris was at his stupendous best as he completed 21 out of the 34 passes with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Harris got reportedly injured during one of those turn overs as Florida led the match with 31-24 with only 11.45 seconds remaining. Harris was seen walking to the side line, holding his arm, indicating a shoulder injury. Then the match witnessed a complete turn over. The sheer determination of Harris helped his team sneak passed Florida State during the final moments of the match.

Speaking after the match, a-not-so-concerned- Harris said about his injury, “It was a funny bone incident. My whole arm went numb. I had to fight though. I had to help this team win.”
