nfl_a_manning13_576Dec 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Although Indianapolis Colts won against the Tennessee Titans on Thursday, the performance of Jacob Tamme was definitely a disappointment to the team. It was a back and forth match and the winners just made with a narrow margin of 30-28 victory, to bring an end to the AFC South leaders Jacksonville.

The Indianapolis Colts fans were disappointed to see how Jacob Tamme held just 36 yards on four receptions. He was targeted just five times and was dominantly held in the sidelines all through out the game. Brody Eldridge, on the other hand, apparently took up the role and dynamism of the injured Jacob Tamme, with his rigorous performance in the second half of the game. The player who actually made a remarkable performance in the match was their quarterback, Peyton Manning, who threw for 319 yards and two touchdowns. Both the touchdowns were placed in the first half to lead the team with 21-0. With no turnover, he completed 25 of 35 passes against the Titans. After the match, he said that he tried to keep a positive attitude and stay more ‘keel’ through out the game. Adam Vinatieri added yet another 47 yard field goal, while only 2:55 time was left.

Titan’s coach Jeff Fisher was not too happy with the performance of the team, although they pulled it up in the second half. He had no problem with the effort that the team had put, but he was worried because due to some reasons they would not get the control of the game. However, the fact remains that many people were expecting a great game from Jacob Tamme, who despite making a comeback, was unable to live upto the expectations.
