Los Angeles, Dec 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Jaguars will be playing their first NFL game since the club sacked its coach Jack Del Rio. The coach was sacked after string of performances which the club deemed disappointing.

The Chargers may also be running out of patience for their own coach Norv Turner who had led them through six consecutive losses. A loss on Monday night will undoubtedly increase the pressure on Norv. The two teams are evenly matched and the game will be decided by the team with the extra psychological edge.

Defensive coordinator Mel Tucker was named the interim coach following the sack of Del Rio. He will have the chance to prove his point during the game on Monday.

Norv feels the pressure coming into the game with string of defeats. He acknowledged the task that lies ahead of him when he said that, “I’m not oblivious to any of that, but it’s not something that’s going to be an issue for me and I’m not going to talk a lot about it over the next five weeks. I’ve been doing this a long time and I do know how to go about preparing for a game. We’ve gotten our guys prepared and that’s going to be our goal to keep getting them prepared.”

Norv has a contract with the Chargers until 2013.
