bush New York, Sep 8 (THAINDIAN NEWS) There are mounting speculations that Reggie Bush may be stripped of the Heisman Trophy Award he received in 2005.

Reggie Bush received the award during his junior season with USC, but a recent ruling by NCAA that forced USC to vacate the trophy they won in 2004 and the subsequent Super Bowl they won in 2005 and this in turn means that Reggie’s award may be stripped from him. The NCAA ruled that Reggie lost his eligibility in December 2004 and if that is so, then winning the Heisman Trophy Award was wrong. NCAA also ruled that UCS is not eligible to take part in the 2010 and 2011 bowls and the college will lose 30 scholarships over the next three years.

Already, the Heisman Trophy Trust launched its own investigation into whether to strip Reggie of the award or not.

The Heisman Trophy Award is awarded to the most outstanding college football player every year.
