Ireland elect to field against West Indies
March 11th, 2011 - 11:01 am ICT by IANSMohali, March 11 (IANS) Ireland won the toss and decided to field against West Indies in the World Cup Group B match at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium here Friday.
West Indies are without their star player Chris Gayle, who is suffering from an abdominal strain. Pacer Andre Russell has been picked as a replacement. For Ireland, injured paceman Trent Johnston will be replaced by Andre Botha.
