India’s big moment is here: Kalmadi
October 3rd, 2010 - 10:22 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 3 (IANS) Commonwealth Games Organising Committee chairman Suresh Kalmadi Sunday said that “India’s big moment is here” and country will host the best ever Games.
“Despite security, health, rain, adverse publicity and infrastructure challenges, Delhi 2010 is the largest ever in history. Yes, our dream is coming true and India’s big moment is finally here,” Kalmadi said at the opening ceremony of the Games at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Kalmadi said India has put in hard work of seven years and 70,000 hours of hopes and aspiritaions.
