Indian cricketers gear up for ODI series against Kiwis in Guwahati

Guwahati (Assam), Nov.27 (ANI): The Indian cricket team had a practice session at the stadium here ahead of the first of five one-day international series against New Zealand.
The first match between the two sides will take place on Sunday.
The New Zealand team is here, and is expected to have a practice session today.
Opener Gautam Gambhir will lead the Indian team in the first two one-day internationals. The second one-day international will take place in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Security arrangements in and around the stadium have been beefed up ahead of the match.
P. C. Saloi, Senior Superintendent of Police, Guwahati, said: “We have four layers of security to prevent persons from entering the field.” (ANI)
