India win series as rain-hit ODI is abandoned
July 6th, 2009 - 1:14 am ICT by IANSSt Lucia (Gros Islet), July 5 (IANS) India won the One-Day International series with West Indies 2-1 as the fourth ODI here Sunday was abandoned due to rain.
India had elected to field after the rain delayed the start of the match, which had been reduced to 49 overs a side.
