India-West Indies ODI series begins Nov 29
October 18th, 2011 - 5:45 pm ICT by IANSMumbai, Oct 18 (IANS) The five-match One-day International (ODI) series between India and the West Indies will begin November 29 at Cuttack. The two countries are also scheduled to play three Tests.
Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Sanjay Jagdale said Tuesday that all the five ODIs will be day-and-night affairs. The second ODI will take place at Vishakhapatnam (Dec 2) followed by Ahmedabad (Dec 5), Indore (Dec 8), Chennai (Dec 11).
The three Tests will be played at Delhi (Nov 6 -10), Kolkata (Nov 14-18) and Mumbai (Nov 22-26).
West Indies will visit India with a week of touring England’s team departure.
