India trailing by 220 runs against South Africa

Cape Town, Jan 3 (IANS) India were 142 for two in the first innings against South Africa at the close of second day’s play in the third cricket test here Monday. Gautam Gambhir was batting on 65 and Sachin Tendulkar on 49 when stumps were drawn at the Newlands Stadium. Earlier in the day, Jacques Kallis struck a valiant 161 as South Africa made 362 in the first innings.
