India to face South Africa in semi-final of Lawn Bowls event
April 9th, 2010 - 11:35 pm ICT by IANS ( Leave a comment )New Delhi, April 9 (IANS) India will take on South Africa in the semi-final of the women’s pairs event in the Eight Nation Invitational Lawn Bowls event here Saturday.
In the play-off for the semis, India defeated Malaysia 11-7, 3-16 via the tie-breaker at the renovated Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here Friday. In the other semi-final, Scotland will face Australia, who defeated England 5-7, 11-2 through the tie-breakers.
