India to bowl against England; Zaheer, Gambhir sit out

Gautam Gambhir Nottingham, July 29 (IANS) Indian captain Mahendra Singh dhoni won the toss and decided to bowl against England in the second cricket Test Trent Bridge here Friday.

India have left out injured pacer Zaheer Khan (hamstring) and opener Gautam Gambhir (left elbow). S. Sreesanth and Yuvraj Singh will take their place.

England have also made one change. Tim Bresnan comes in for pacer Chris Tremlett, who sat out with a stiff hamstring.

England: Andrew Strauss (captain), Alastair Cook, Jonathan Trott, Kevin Pietersen, Ian Bell, Eoin Morgan, Matt Prior (wicketkeeper), Tim Bresnan, Stuart Broad, Graeme Swann, James Anderson.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni (captain/wicket-keeper), Abhinav Mukund, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, Sachin Tendulkar, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Praveen Kumar, S. Sreesanth, Ishant Sharma.
