India opt to bat against West Indies in first ODI

Gautam Gambhir Kingston, June 26 (IANS) Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat against the West Indies in the first One-dayer of the four-match Digicel cricket series at Sabina Park here Friday.
