India opt to bat against Australia at SCG

Sydney, Dec 3 (IANS) India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and opted to bat first against Australia in the second Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) here Tuesday.
Both India and Australia are fielding unchanged teams for the 100th Test at the SCG.
Australia: David Warner, Ed Cowan, Shaun Marsh, Ricky Ponting, Michael Clarke (captain), Michael Hussey, Brad Haddin (wicketkeeper), Peter Siddle, James Pattinson, Nathan Lyon, Ben Hilfenhaus
India: Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, V.V.S. Laxman, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, (captain/wicketkeeper), Ravichandran Ashwin, Zaheer Khan, Ishant Sharma and Umesh Yadav.
