India decide to field against West Indies

Sachin Tendulkar Johannesburg, Sep 30 (IANS) India won the toss and decided to field against the West Indies in their Group A Champions Trophy match at SuperSport Park here Wednesday.
Indian will be without Sachin Tendulkar, who is out because of a stomach infection. India have also dropped an out-of-form fast bowler Ishant Sharma. Dinesh Karthik and Abhishek Nayar will be playing their first match in the tournament.

Teams:

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (captain and wicket-keeper), Gautam Gambhir, Dinesh Karthik, Rahul Dravid, Suresh Raina, Virat Kohli, Abhishek Nayar, Amit Mishra, Harbhajan Singh, Ashish Nehra, Praveen Kumar.

West Indies: Floyd Reifer (captain), Andre Fletcher (wicket-keeper), Keiran Powell, Royston Crandon, Davon Smith, Trevor Dowlin, David Bernard, Darren Sammy, Nikita Miller, Kemar Roach, Gavin Tonge.
