India 214 for three at stumps on second day

Melbourne, Dec 27 (IANS) India were 214 for three in their first innings at stumps, in reply to Australia’s 333 all out, on the second day of the first cricket Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) here Tuesday.
Rahul Dravid was batting on 68 and night-watchman Ishant Sharma was yet to open his account at close of play. Sachin Tendulkar was the last wicket to fall in the day after having scored 73.
