India 172/2 in the first innings

Sachin Tendulkar Mumbai, Nov 24 (IANS) India were 172 for two in the first innings, in reply to the West Indies’ 590, at tea on the third day of the third and the final cricket Test at the Wankhede Stadium here Thursday.

Rahul Dravid was batting on 52 and Sachin Tendulkar 20, at the break. Opening batsmen Gautam Gambhir made 52 and Virender Sehwag scored 37.
