Off late Ishant has not been in a good form and he was also dropped from the Test side after the drawn Test in Ahmedabad.
“It is a bad patch for me and every cricketer goes through such a phase in his career. I will also get over it,” Ishant told IANS.
The 21-year-old lanky fast bowler said he would be playing for Delhi in the Ranji Trophy to get back his rhythm.
“It is only a matter of time. I have to concentrate on domestic matches to get my act right. Ranji Trophy will be the best platform for me to prove myself again,” he said.
Ishant also said that at present he is not looking for help from anyone.
“I have to help myself. I have to just work upon my weak areas and it is not tough for me. As a professional cricketer you are expected to come out of such phases in your career,” he said.
