I don’t even listen to what UEFA says: Wenger

London, Mar 18 (ANI): Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has refused to back down in his row with UEFA after being hit with a one-match Champions League ban and a 9,000 pound fine.
Wenger was found guilty of improper conduct for using ‘inappropriate language’ to referee Massimo Busacca after last week’s 3-1 defeat in Barcelona.
“I don’t even listen to what UEFA have to say. I don’t feel I am the one who has to be punished,” The Sun quoted him, as saying.
“I am quite relaxed as it is one of the very few times I don’t deserve it. I have not had any chance to speak my mind. I asked to have a personal hearing but was told it was not possible,” Wenger said.
Wenger now has three days to decide whether to appeal.
Samir Nasri and Tottenham No 2 Joe Jordan also got one-match UEFA bans. (ANI)
