Generally novices are not given much credit or rating since they are up against old and experienced athletes. He has been branded as a relatively cool rookie in freestyle wrestling. However be beat the odds and won a gold medal in the 55 kg class amid a field that included former world champions.
Henry Cejudo is just a 21-year-old from Colorado Springs. He magnificently beat Japan’s Matsunaga Tomohiro, the 2008 Asian champion. This gave the now celebrated Cejudo a win in the class for wrestlers under 121 pounds.
