Harvard Crimson Wins Against Boston

harvard2Boston, Nov. 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The basketball match between Harvard University and Boston University ended with Harvard team’s win. As stated by the sources, the last result of match, 78-70 showed that Harvard has won the close match against the team of Boston. With this win over the Boston University, the Crimson team ended their losing streak and gained appreciation for their performance.

From the performance of the Harvard University team in the last match it was revealed that they wanted to win this match after losing eight recent games. The Harvard players were determined to get back their lost glory and restricted Boston team to score points. Yet, the Boston team gave a tough competition to their opponent and never allowed them to impose a big lead on them.

The result of the match could have turned different without the performance of Jeremy Lin. It was his game that gave Harvard the score needed for winning the match. As reported by the sources, he had played exceptionally for four minutes and scored 19 points for his team. Boston could not equalize the score till the end of the game and lost the match for only eight points.

Jeremy Lin’s match winning performance was appreciated by the coach as well as the other players of the team. Tommy Amaker, who coaches the Harvard University team appreciated the stamina of Lin and said, “He can go longer, harder than most other people.” Pat Magnarelli, a senior player of the team and classmate of Lin was happy that the team has won the match after several losses.
