London, Feb 17(ANI): Formula One ace Lewis Hamilton’s disabled younger brother is all set to take to the racetrack.

Nick, who has cerebral palsy, wants to follow Lewis’ footsteps and be an inspiration to others.

According to the Sun, the 19-year-old passed his MSA Competition National B racing licence last week, and will now compete in the Renault Clio Cup.

The Renault Clio Cup is Britain’s premier one-make saloon car series and breeding ground for drivers for the British Touring Car Championship.

“I have loved motor sport from a young age and watching my brother achieve so much has given me inspiration to make my own racing debut,” the tabloid quoted Nick, as saying.

“This will not be an easy task, but I hope by doing this it will give inspiration to others who have challenges in their life,” he added. (ANI)
