Hakeem NicksDec. 14, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The young footballer who was drafted to the New York Giants team this year in the NFL Drafts first round was seen to represent his team in the Sunday match against the Philadelphia Eagles. It was his first match for the Giants team and like all other players, he wanted to prove his worth in the game. He tried to exhibit some good skills and help his team win the match but failed.

According to the reports, Hakeem Nicks had missed three passes in the match and was quite disappointed about it. However, he gave a good effort to comeback in the game and recorded a touchdown of sixty-eight yards. It was a praiseworthy performance and was appreciated by all, even though the team lost the match.

Hakeem Nicks, in a post match interview said that he was disappointed to miss the passes and wanted to recover the loss. He recovered the loss with the touchdown but his team fell short of few points to win the match. Not only Hakeem Nicks but other players of the team also tried to save the team from defeat in this crucial match and gave their best to take the lead. Eli Manning, the quarterback player of the New York Giants team tried to exhibit his best performance in the match. He had thrown touchdown passes to his team mates, Kevin Boss, Domenik Hixon and Hakeem Nicks so that they can score more points. Though the Giants players played well, the excellent game from DeSean Jackson of Philadelphia Eagles had them heading for a loss. He had dominated major part of the game till the final score was tied to 45-38.
