koolJan 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The game between the University Of Iowa and the Georgia Tech University in the Orange Bowl took place at the Land Sharks Stadium in Miami. The game, besides being an intense one, was also star studded, and the spectators were in for more exuberant performances than they had bargained for, and not only from the teams participating in the game. All in all, the game at the Orange Bowl was replete with entertainment, both for the audience and for the players.

The game was kicked off with an energetic performance from the highly talented jazz singer Nicole Henry. That was not the end of the fun, however. At the end of the first half, with the University of Iowa team having gained a clear lead against the Georgia Tech University, the other guest performers took the stage to showcase their talents. The surprise element of the show was the dance troupe from the Franklin County High School, who introduced themselves as the “Franklin County High School Flyer Dance Team.” Their performance was electric, to say the least.

The Orange Bowl seemed to have an overdose of jazz music, with the jazz band “Kool and the Gang” taking the stage at halftime. The best part of the show was experiencing that fact theta the band, which was at its heyday in the 60s and 70s, still has not lost their touch and can weave the same magic over the audience. The two brothers who make up the band, Robert and Ronald Bell, made sure that the spectators in the game did not get a chance to feel the freezing temperatures, thanks to their high octave and equally energetic performance.
