London, Feb 21 (ANI): Frank Lampard has reportedly ordered his former fiancee Elen Rivas not to use their two daughters on television for publicity.

The Chelsea footballer has apparently instructed his lawyers to write to Rivas insisting that the children don’t appear on her new boyfriend Peter Andre’s TV show, reports the Mirror.

His solicitors have stipulated that the girls should not be photographed or ‘used’ in the media in any way.

Lampard is also concerned that the two girls may be dragged into the venomous tit-for-tat war between Andre and his ex-wife Katie Price a.k.a. Jordan.

“I will not suffer my kids being pimped out on TV. I have already instructed my lawyers to make sure this doesn’t happen,” the Chelsea midfielder told a close friend.

He said he would use ‘every ounce of legal firepower’ against former ‘Dancing on Ice’ contestant Rivas if he sees them in magazine photo shoots or TV programmes without his permission.

“He’s worried when he sees Peter and Jordan hitting out at each other on Twitter and the newspapers amid rows about the welfare of their own children that this will have a knock-on effect on his daughters,” said a source.

“He is concerned about any stress Luna and Isla may be put under by the attention surrounding Elen and Peter’s romance. He doesn’t care what Elen gets up to. As a good father he has concerns for his children,” the source added.

However, sources said Rivas believes Lampard has been too heavy-handed. She has had a series of rows with him after he introduced his partner, TV host Christine Bleakley, to the two girls.

“Elen’s angry that Frank thinks he can call the shots over what she does with the children,” said a source.

“She’s a great mother. She has never used the children in publicity shots and made that quite clear. She has written back to Frank, saying she has never intended to have the girls photographed or filmed,” the source added. (ANI)
