Burleson, Feb 6 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former Dallas Cowboy Jay Novacek’s wife – LeAnne Novacek was found dead on Monday. It is certainly an untimely death as LeAnne was just 45 years old, and her family and friends are stunned at this development. Her lifeless body was discovered in the bedroom of a Burleson, Texas, home. When her unresponsive body was discovered, then immediately a 911 call was also made. There was a gun-shot wound on her body, so it is being said that it was a case of suicide.

It is still not clear as to who made the 911 call, but reports suggest that it might have had been made by LeAnne Novacek’s mother. But unfortunately for the 45 year old LeAnne is was already too late. It is still not clear if she was alone when she died, or anybody else was also present in that house. The whereabouts of her husband Jay also are not known, when she died. There are a lot of loose ends in this particular case, and the police are doing their very best to bring it to a closure. The police think that this is a case of suicide.

Jay Novacek was a part of the NFL from 1985-1996. He played for Dallas Cowboys from the period 1990-1996. He ranks ninth overall in Dallas Cowboys history. He was in a winning team that won Super Bowl for four seasons. He had to retire from the game when in 1996, he couldn’t play during the whole season, due to a back injury.
